Idea

If anyone wanted to move to Pilar, Paraguay and open a little gourmet salt shop I bet they'd make millions (of Guarani, that is.) Salt here is like a dish of its own. Salt goes on salad. Salt goes in rice. Salt goes in noodles. Potato chips here are like the ocean in your mouth. FYI.

  1. Salt? What? Salt on salad? My dad used to put salt in his beer and also salt on his cantaloupe.
    What happened in school today?
    Today in Fairbanks I found about 5 big lovely mushrooms, called Boletus edulus. Remember when we picked those at Doug's? I am hoping Eleanor will come out with me to pick more later tonight.
